Seborrheic keratosis: A common skin disorder that is characterized by benign, painless, often wart-like skin lesions that appear to be 'stuck on.' The raised spots are usually yellow or brown. Treatment, if warranted, involves surgical or cryo-surgical removal. Also known as seborrheic warts and verruca.

Syringoma: A benign (noncancerous) skin tumor that derives from eccrine cells, specialized cells related to sweat glands. The skin lesions of syringoma usually appear during puberty or adult life, and consist of small bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that form under the surface of the skin. The most frequent site is the eyelids and around the eyes, but other areas of the body can also be affected. Syringomas most frequently affect women than men, and they have a hereditary basis in some cases.

Telangiectasia: (Broken Capillaries) is a condition in which broken or widened small blood vessels that sit near the surface of the skin, causing threadlike red lines or patterns on the skin. These patterns, or telangiectases, form gradually and often in clusters. They’re sometimes known as “spider veins” because of their fine and web like appearance.

Broken capillaries on the face are often found on the cheeks and around the nose, they often appear as small spidery red or pink marks beneath the surface of the skin. They can also be found on the sides of the nose in healthy adults.

Milia a harmless small yellowish bump- like cysts found under the skin. Milia can occur anywhere on the body, but are more common on the face, usually around the eyelids and cheeks. They are usually 1 to 2 millimeters (mm) in size .They form when dead skin flakes or keratin becomes trapped.

Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN) is a term used to describe a clinical variants of Seborrheic keratosis of face seen more commonly in people of color African Americans, Hispanic and sometimes Asian ethnicities.

Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra appears as small black and dark brown spots or skin growth. The size of these spots ranges from 1 to 5 millimeters and are usually found around the eye and upper cheeks. Some people with dermatosis papulosa nigra have a few, unique spots while others have a numerous amount, as in the case of Morgan Freeman. The spots may be flat or hang off the skin like a skin tag.

Skin Tags also known as fibromas, polyps, or papillomas.

A small flap of flesh-colored tissue that hangs off your skin by a thin stalk. They can contain nerve and fat cells, and they vary in size

They’re non-dangerous types of tumors or growths on the skin that usually forms in a place where constant friction occurs, or in the folds of the body. Common areas include like underarms, neck, eyelids, under your breasts, or in your groin.

Age spots — also called liver spots and solar lentigines — are small dark areas on your skin. They vary in size and usually appear on areas most exposed to the sun, like the face, hands, shoulders, and arms. Age spots are very common in adults older than 50.Younger people can get them also, especially if they spend a lot of time in the sun without sun protection or use tanning beds

Age spots can look like cancerous growths. But true age spots are harmless and don't need treatment. For cosmetic reasons, they can be lightened or removed.

Use a sunscreen daily, even in the winter months and avoiding the sun is the best way to prevent age spots.

Sebaceous Hyperplasia - happens when the sebaceous gland becomes enlarged with trapped sebum, thus causing lesions on the skin. However, there are sebaceous glands all over the body, and the lesions can form almost anywhere.
