It’s a story about Diggy adopted from the Detroit Dog Rescue Shelter. DDR is the only no-kill shelter in Detroit. Good thing too, Diggy was in the shelter for 100 days.

A photo shared by the Detroit Dog Rescue received 24,000 Facebook likes and it's easy to see why. It features a newly adopted pooch — formerly known as Sir Wiggleton — with his brand new owner, and the smiles on both of their faces are best described as pure joy.
“We know this photo is going to break the internet and we apologize, but we had to share!”the Detroit Dog Rescue wrote on Facebook when they posted the pic on Monday. “After almost 100 days in the shelter, Sir Wiggleton just got adopted.
